Local restaurants donating proceeds in support of tax levy for Elyria policeELYRIA — Local restaurants are showing their support for the proposed increased city tax levy for the Elyria Police Department. Beginning Monday and for the rest of the month, a portion of proceeds from diners at participating restaurants will go toward the support of the Issue 21 levy campaign.
